Breakfast is served in a dedicated room, as a buffet. Local or homemade products, and whenever possible organic. It usually includes: bread, butter, cheeses, cold cuts, organic eggs in all forms, homemade yoghurts and compotes, fresh cut fruit, gingerbread, homemade cakes, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, local specialties, fruit juices, homemade jams, honey, cereals.
